At CANVAS CUSTOMS, it is our goal to always provide customers and clients with the highest level of quality in products, customer service experiences, and integrity.
The COVID-19 has pandemic has affected our operations and our distributors. Please see our updated policies below.
Due to an influx in orders, please allow up to 48hrs for a response when emailing customer service. For your convenience, we have displayed information about shipping, returns, and product details on the website.
Updated Shipping Policy:
Items sell out on a daily basis. However we place weekly orders to restock items. Due to COVID-19, many distributors have delays in getting products to us.
Although we ship daily, we do require 10-14 business days during this time. If you need an order sooner, feel free to contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org
When an item is on Pre-Order we kindly list that info on the item description. Please take time to read the info listed on the item descriptions to assist you during your purchase process.
Each pre-order item will more than like have a different stock date.
Updated Return Policy:
As of February 14, 2021, we no longer offer REFUNDS or EXCHANGES.
Due to the rise of COVID-19 we are not allowing team members to make post office visits for exchanges.
If there is an issue with your purchase, please email us at email@example.com to process a STORE CREDIT.
